Disappointed and confused

Good afternoon I'm gona refrain from name calling as I'm very frustrated and confused at the moment. On Friday 7 June 2024 I wanted to make a deposit into my Betway I made an error by depositing 2420 instead of 242 rands, my account got locked spoke to agent on chat said to me i need to send documents threw to unlock my account spoke about I first need to wager the amount whatever that means I spoke to another agent later asking if they can deposit money back into my account and said it's possible now come Monday my account is unlocked I see the funds is still there. Not knowing what wagering is since they don't explained it properly I thought wagering is I need to use some of the amount and then I can withdraw now I won extra ontop of my amount now they say they can't pay my money I need to use the whole amount. I just want my funds I put in plz you can keep what I won but this is not how the other gambling houses work like sun international etc I can put whatever in by them but still can withdraw my money plz I just want my money back
