Deregister/Delete/Deactivate/Cancel an account

My name is Brian. I'm unable to get through to Betway either through direct telephone call or their instant chat option. I need to deregister or deactivate or delete my account with them and my ID number removed from their data base. They do not offer such an option on their self service option.
