Deposits gone

I made a deposit via Ozow which is suppose to reflect immediately that was around 23:30pm escalated thia via your chat dealt with the worst agents who are rude an unhelpful, you are too quick to take money out of people's account but when to comes to it reflecting or your costumer resolution department dealing with it It's the worse, i am asked to send this and that isn't it with my number you are able to see the time if transactions made unless I am being patronize, please give me back my money 5hours later I am still waiting for a simple reflection of my deposit you shouldn't be advertising betway on tv with such bad reviews and agents really don't call me you can use my number *** to see what's the hold up
