Deposited money not showing

I deposit money and it does not reflect, I usually deposit money all of a sudden it does not work. It’s out of my account. I called the call centre waiting for a while and the guy says it’s hanging somewhere but I must call my bank. It’s not a lot of money but Betway is becoming a con game
