Deposit to account not credited
I made a deposit yesterday of R100 and then around 8pm of R30 via my visa bank transaction, it deducted money on my account and their app started experiencing problems. I cannot see the transaction of the R30 on Betway but I see it took money on my account. The chat system is useless, no agent is ever available to assist with queries.
