Deposit Query
I deposited money into Betway account on the 27/01/2021 and my account was not credited till today. Iv sent the POP on several occasions via email but still no credit. I tried calling the customer care line and it just rings continuously till I ran out of airtime. I even contacted them on the App Chat service on Monday and was told that I would be credited within 24/48hrs, it’s one 2 days later and my account still hasn’t been credited. This morning I tried the App Chat service again and Latoyah had me waiting for 10mins without saying anything to me. Iv had it!!!
