DEPOSIT NOT REFLECTING ON MY ACCOUNT

Betway Deposit not reflecting and is not for the first time , i deposited and never recovered my money and they claimed i wager with it i let it slide, today again same thing i deposited money history is repeating itself the contact center is not helpful at all you stay in a queue for hours waiting for a respond I have provided all the proof of payment but still no money all they do is to tell me to wait for 48 hours
