Deposit not reflecting
I have made a deposit few days ago but is still not reflecting.Logged a query and only refund promises have being made to date.As for their chat app ,it is useless.The agent will always tell me how they have flagged to their manager but still nothing,not even communication to show accountability.Yooh i'm and would'nt reccomend betway to anyone.I'm super disssapointed after been been their customer for so long and trusting them.....now this????May its about time the western cape gambling and racing board pay them a visit.
