Deposit not actioned and money out the account
Deposited R100 using Ozow Nedbank - transaction went through and money out of my account. I sent them the proof of payment and consultants keep on telling me I will be credited and nothing happens. This is an inconvenience as I cannot do anything pending the credit. All required info from my side was provided. Why do I need to keep contacting you for a simple credit? this is a horrible service.
