Deposit issue

Be careful of Betway. I deposited money today. Had to phone them around 11 am to confirm the deposit. I still haven’t received feedback. I had to deposit a second time. Both transections went off my account only one reflected. Betway can’t explain why but still my money has been debited but only one of the transactions reflect. This was the intention of betting on todays games. Most have already finished So I can’t bet on them. Still my deposit is not reflecting. The lady I spoke to on the phone said it is because their system.
