Good morning my name is kealeboga stallenberg on the 12th of December I mistakenly deposited R45335 in to your account and to this day the funds are not reflecting on my betway account Ref no:WLD088206d1-3e16-473 For the past 3 weeks I have been calling your offices for enquiries about my hard earned money and the only respond I got was that my query has been ascalated to the banking team and the funds will reflect within 48 hours. I have lost hope completely on you people and should this matter persist beyond today I'm left with no choice to involve the media and other parties. Because I feel as a customer I feel that my rights has been violated. This matter have left me peniless bacause my heardman has not been paid for last month, my Kids could not get their reports due to outstanding fees, my car installment was not paid. And there was no Christmas shopping for my family.
