Delayed withdrawal/payout more than 10 hours and no customer care/assistance, for 10 hours

I requested an EFT withdrawal of R600 on Betway this morning at 01:46. It is now more than 10 hours later and the status is still showing as "Processing withdrawal". My account balance is currently R0.02 and the money has not reflected in my bank account yet. I have opted out of withdrawal reversals. I would like Betway to process this withdrawal without further delay. Please investigate and release the funds as soon as possible. Thank you.
