Delay EFT withdrawal still pending

I made EFT withdrawal of R1000 yesterday at 15:20 and until now it's is still on verifying withdrawal.My money has not reflected in my capitec account,this is not my first withdrawal so I don't understand why is taking so long betway please assist and process my withdrawal.You are letting us down
