I had i quiry regarding my deposit and withdrawal delays, tried contacting their call centres but with no assistance. Until i took my complain to Hello peter, my request was completed within 6 hours compared to 3 days of being **** to by their call agents. Thank you Tony from Betway for your profound customer care and wanting to always improve customer's experience.
