Betway's customer service is top-tier, since my last review, they have moved Heaven and Earth to address the delays I experienced in withdrawing my winnings. They handled my complaint within less than a few hours and even made a courtesy call to apologise and inform me that I could go ahead with my withdraw. They were patient and friendly and helped restore my faith in the sports betting industry. I have only stopped short of giving them 5-Stars until all their support team members are given a raise!
