Customer Service Amplified!
I've had an issue with a deposit I did the other day. I've chatted to a few people on the Betway support chat available. I decided to follow up and then I get the most amazing greeting from a lady named Yanda that I've ever seen anyone ever give on a chat support service across any company or industry ever. Unfortunately my connection timed out and then I receive a phone call. Yanda was on the line sounding as warm and bubbly as she did on the chat. She was ready to go the extra mile to assist me. Betway has been frustrating me with poor chat support until now. I'm blown away by Yanda. She's amazing and an asset. Give her a promotion Betway!!!
