Complaint on getting my refund
On the 15th of this month i made some withdrawal on betway account the the money delayed to reflect the I called they said i must wait for 24 hours,the I called the following day still same story. Then i wanted to their page and ask and tell them my frustrations they decided to lock my betway account, i told them i don’t have a problem even if they can close it permanently but i need my money. They said they will make a special transfer strato my bank account i must wait for 24-48 hours. The 48 has passed and when i call them again today they saying the same thing about 48 hour…. Im so ****ed and angry because they quick to close the account but when they have to refund me they telling me about 48 hours everyday, from 15the till today💔💔💔💔😡😡😡😡😭😭😭😭

Then i said to you i dont care you can close it permanently but first let me get the money. But you decided to close it before getting the money, I waited 3 times 48 hours you been preaching about it. But still and now they lady i spoke to telling me that am I aware that the transfer take 7 to 10 days😡😡😡😡

02 Mar 2024, 06:27Its more than 10 days and my money is not yet paid on ny account, yesterday I called and the person was talking to says he can’t see when the money its been paid or not. I really don’t know what to do any more from 15th of February till today…. On the 20th they said the money is paid I should wait for 7 to 10 but 10 has passed.
