Complaining

I won they locked my acc because they know I won't have access to do withdrawal my funds. I have proof that I won now they take me like I'm foreigner I need my money they must open let me get my funds they can take they app because I don't like this ****ming method of them where is my rights everyone have a rights here in south Africa pls I need my money don't keep telling me the wrong statement give my money after that you can take your acc back never mind I got your email saying terms and conditions says why I mixed my funds with voucher I didn't play with it thsy you blocked me how can you select sugar inside mageu??
