COMPLAIN ABOUT BETWAY FOR A REFUND
Complain about poor service from Betway. On the 21 October 2020, I transferred money into my Betway account by mistake as the money was meant for my savings account for my monthly groceries. I have tried calling, chatting and emailing Betway to no avail until today. When trying to withdraw my money I get a message saying that I have to bet the whole amount before I can withdraw. The R1500 wasn't for gambling it was for my household groceries. Please help me get my money back.
