cashout feature
I placed a bet of R6939.13 and, during the course of the match, I was presented with a cashout offer of R9500. I attempted to accept this offer immediately; however, the system returned a message stating that the cashout was not available.
What I find unacceptable is that the cashout value continued to be displayed despite being unavailable for acceptance. This is misleading, as it gives the impression that the offer can be secured when, in reality, it cannot. As a result of being unable to cash out, the bet ultimately lost, and I forfeited the entire stake.
