Cash in and in Nothing out anymore

Hi , i have been using the betway App , been depositing funds in my account , I won a large sum cash , and requested a withdrawal, which i have now been waiting for for 4 weeks now after numerous calls , I'm really starting to get frustrated .

How can you have people deposit cash , and when they win and request a withdrawal and let them go through so much .

I wonder how many other people go through the same issue .

Listen in the beginning its great win , withdraw , bang , next day cash in your account.

Assistance would be great .
