Bonus (Casino Games) Issue
Hi I made a deposit of R2500 and was busy playing blackjack. Most of my funds (R1400) then somehow got transfered to "bonus casino games" which I am not able to use on your website or withdraw. I made another deposit and wanted to withdraw the winnings,then it said if I withdraw I will forfeit the amount in "bonus (casino games"). I have wagered more than 3x the amount deposited. Any help on this matter will be appreciated
