Betway’s Incompetence.

What is the use of leaving a review on HelloPeter even? It’s not like Betway even responds. With an average of under 2 stars it shows how useless they are.

I am EXTREMELY frustrated and irritated with the incompetence Betway has been showing over the past few weeks. I have a Bet that has taken place and resulted on the 24th of July 2026.

Since then, I have spoken to at least 8 different agents who has promised me that this would be resulted within 24-48 hours. After every promise made and not kept to, I have followed up with a new agent and received the same response. My Bet has still not been resulted. In this time, Betway has not reached out to me ONCE to try and give me an explanation or at least shown interest in my frustration. I have been a loyal member of Betway for at least 5 years, if not longer.

If Betway made any effort to try and reach out to me or at least just showed any form of interest in what my concern was my response would have been very different, but Betway has shown NO interest in helping a loyal customer.

Since speaking to multiple agents, I have received an email address for Betway’s floor manager. GUESS WHAT? NO RESPONSE.

STAY AWAY! They ***** your money and leave you out in the cold!
