Betways compromised in-house security.

I see others have had the same issue. On the 15th ofnoctober my betway balance suddenly disappeared and dropped down from R239 to R0.29c . It litterely took the whole night for some kind of action. And just then I thought betways O.K. when I received a refund voucher in my message inbox for R239. At that moment I was putting in a voucher pin of my own and went out the inbox to complete my transaction for maybe 2mintues. Went back into my inbox and the message was gone. At the same time while looking at the inbox all other messages were suddenly removed. ... ????????? Mad as all hell it took me another few hours and betway then sms'd me my 1voucher pin . Which now no longer was valid. The pin had been used. Most likely by there own staff. Today,the 19th,i spoke to betway and recieved the voucher serial number as it still shows as redeemable in my completed withdrawals. Then contacted 1voucher., whom says that the voucher was used 3minutes after it was sent.. ??????????????????????? I will be canceling my account with them ....
