Betway Withholding Funds Under the Guise of “Standard Review”

It has now been over a month and Betway continues to block my withdrawal under the guise of a “standard review.”

During this time, I have received no clear timeline. Agents repeatedly state that there is “no turnaround time,” which effectively allows Betway to hold funds indefinitely.

What is particularly concerning is that deposits and betting remain fully functional, yet withdrawals are restricted.

I have already submitted all required verification documents. Despite this, I am still unable to access my funds, and support continues to give me the runaround.

I have now escalated this matter to the relevant gambling authority.

This is unacceptable. Release my funds immediately so I can take my business elsewhere.
