Betway withdrawal request
I'm truly disappointed with how betway handles withdrawal requests. I have been trying to withdraw the money I won but they keep asking me for the same thing (bank statement) which I have done a hundred times. The response I get is the matter is being escalated but the money is reversed back to my betway account instead of it being processed to my personal bank account.
