Betway withdrawal issue

<div>Hi I have an account with betway and on Friday morning 2 May 2025 I made a withdrawal to standard bank cash send. I got a message at 06h50 with details for withdrawal but someone withdrew my funds at 07h36 while I was at work and without my knowledge. On Saturday when I went to withdraw my funds I got a message that my withdrawal details have been used. I then called betway and was told to contact standard bank they will help me with my issue. I wend to standard bank at Alex mall and I was told that my funds were withdrawn at mohlakeng at 7H36 on Friday and they can't help with this as betway is responsible for sending details to clients and not them. I then contacted betway again but I was told the same thing again that they can't help me and need to go to standard bank because they can't help me on the issue. So now I don't what to do now please help me.</div>
