Betway Withdrawal Delays

Since 31st August 2026 i have been trying to make a withdrawal which is just not being processed.

Every attempt of withdrawing has been reversed/refunded. And no explanation given as to why.

It was the first time using this site.

My account is verified and I have uploaded documents onto the site which have been approved.

I have even emailed the following documents to support@betway and fica@betway:

- copy of ID - pictures of myself holding my ID - proof of bank account - bank statement with proof of address

All of the above done well over 48 hours ago.

I have chatted to several agents on the live chat.

And spoke to 2 agents via phone call who both very kind and helpful and told me my account is still under review.

The last call indicated that i send proof of each deposit made from my bank account to my betway account which i have now done and sent to support@betway. And even after sending this there is not time frame for completion.

Still my withdrawal is not processed.

Ive also been told twice that my query is being escalated with priority but no feedback is given.

I have been told several times to wait 48 hours but still nothing yet.

Betway please advise on when this process is going to be completed and my funds deposited into my bank account. The 48 hours stated on your website for review and processing has well surpassed and I would now like my winnings given to me.

Based on the reviews seen here, i fear i maybe one of the victims who do not receive their money.

BETWAY PLEASE HELP!
