Betway Withdrawal

Now and then I transfer money from my standard bank account to my girlfriends capitec account then recharge my Betway account

On 6th December 2021 I won and tried to withdraw the funds and i was told after making several calls to Betway that I had to upload my girlfriends detail which I did

Today is 24 day and I'm still being sent from pillar to post.. unlike Hollywood bets , Betway does not have an office so you can't even go to them

You have been following up since 6 December ive called almost every day your call centre agents don't know what they doing

I've sent emails I've sent Facebook messages my documents were approved but the 3rd party documents keep getting rejected because your fica team is not expecting them

This is poor service
