Betway withdrawal

I made a withdrawal via nedbank cash send i never received withdrawal sms but they tell me money is withdrawn they can't help and when I track money on their website it shows that money still needs to be paid in nedbank

I received a call from betway they told me that they unfortunately can't help me because money was withdrawn despite the proof they asked and i sent to this date on my website its still shows that money still need to be deposited and i contacted bank they told me that there's no formal letter they issue from cash send because it is the to the number not account
