BETWAY WITHDRAWAL
I have been trying to withdraw some winnings but with no luck. However I do think it may be because I have withrawn it to a third party bank account, but the Fica team requested a bank statement no older than 3months and a copy of my Id of which I did email them for about 2weeks every second day.
They dont respond saying whether the documents have been accepted or not. They just keep on refunding the money. May I be assited on this matter please.
