Betway voucher purchase and deposit problems

I recently bought a betway voucher via my banking app. I entered the code to deposit funds but no funds are reflecting on my account. I would like to be refunded. the deposit is supposed to reflect immediately. I tried entering the voucher number again bit now there is a message that says the code is invalid. I am frustrated and would like to be refunded.
