Betway using Samsung pay is useless
Not very helpful when you actually need support. Found a new payment method (samsung pay) deposited successfully and the deposit didn't reflect in the account. Provided all the detail from samsung pay but now they want a document that has some 32 digit reference code. Honestly samsung pay should be removed as an option if you can't process it effectively. Agent bonisiwe also took half an hour on chat to eventually give me that useless information
