Betway Top Up Tuesday

How does Top Up Tuesday work? I never seem to get my bonus with all the vouchers I load on Tuesdays, can you please assist me?

Good day

I'm experiencing the same problem as last week, I bought vouchers close to R550 for the Top Up Tuesday, and now one of your agents says that I didn't opt in for the bonus.Please advise accordingly because I know that I opted in before loading the vouchers.
