Betway ticket not paying out

Betway SA is not willing to payout my ticket and I would think twice if anyone else want to make use of them. I did a bet and the ticket shows I'm winning but they do not want to payout the actual amount and trying to find ways to get out of it to pay me. Very unhappy customer and I will never make use of them again.
