BETWAY *****STERS, ******* AND IMPOSTERS

I signed up with Betway on 31/05/2024, I would recharge with any voucher denomination, gamble on the gambling slots on the Betway app and cash out whenever I pleased however this changed approximately Nov 2025 I recharged, gambled however each time I cash out the transaction would pend for more 72 hours then eventually auto reverse, upon my initial enquiries with Customer Support I was advised my account is under review I need to upload copy of ID and letter from the bank for FICA purposes, wait 30 days and my account will be unlocked however in the interim I could still use my account for recharging, gambling and betting. YES i did recharge with approximately R2300 and betted a few African Nations Cup games, my winning totalled up to +R7000. In an event to free my R2300 vouchers I deliberately played to lose however in the midst of that 30 days changed to 90 days then my account was suddenly deleted without a phone call, SMS or email. If I breached their policy they have a right to delete my account however they have no right taking my money, they can take my winning however I want my vouchers reversed or a credit voucher of R2300 so I can go to different service provider that will pre disclosed and explain it's terms & conditions but no use them to ***** from me then come up with all sorts of excuses that has nothing to do with my vouchers as at one point I was advised my account was deleted due to me using a flagged device or a device that was previously used with suspected ***** accounts. I bought me a second hand device I had no knowledge what Betway had experienced with the device. If the device was flagged why did you not notify me so I could have alternatives, why did you not give me an opportunity to prove I am not a *****ster, let alone the fact Betway asked for FICA documentation and I provided them, I did not commit any ***** or money laundering AND BETWAY DID CONFIRM VIA THE APP THAT I WAS SUCCESSFULLY FICA and my account was ready for use which was a big fat lie as they arrogantly deleted my account. I understand the commitment to protect the integrity of business however the OTT vouchers I upload on the app were mine and had nothing to do with investigation my property must come back to me. When you are kicking out an unwelcome guest from a hotel, you kick them out with their luggage but Betway wants to kick me out from their service but retain my hard earned money.
