Betway South Africa Worst service

After winning.withdrawing my funds my account got locked.Made contact with the call center team. Just excuses and delays it's been two weeks already. I've requested to speak to there manager. The guy calls two hours later,makes notes promise to do a follow up the following day,that never happens. Every center agent have a different story everyday I call. I've requested to just pay out my money and keep the account locked. I've been advised that would also take longer.

I'm extremely disgusted with the level of service I received.
