Betway South Africa I'm disappointed on you

Betway South Africa is really disappointing, I plan aviator on the 7th August 2025, banked R600, I still don't have my payment till now, they told me to send my ID and bank statement for fica reasons and still that money is not paid, told to report my dissatisfaction on this email *** but no one is responding
