Betway Service Review – Extremely Poor and Unacceptable I am extremely frustrated with the terrible service I received from Betway. My interactions with chat agents Kagiso and Kamogelo on 31 March and 01 April 2026 were unprofessional and unacceptable. Both agents ended chats abruptly before resolving my issue, showing no effort to assist or ensure I was satisfied. It felt like they were avoiding helping me. I was promised a supervisor call, but from last night until now, I have received no communication at all. This shows a complete lack of accountability and respect. Worse, my account was blocked without any explanation, verification, or prior notice. This is irresponsible and deeply concerning. The entire experience wasted my time and caused unnecessary stress. The service was not just poor, it was disgraceful. Rating: 0/10 terrible service overall, completely unacceptable and very disappointing experience.
