Betway SA20 2026 ticket refunds

I am still waiting for my refund for the Betway SA20 cricket games that took place 3rd Jan 2026 at Wanderers Johannesburg. I have sent numerous emails and tried to contact ticketpro however zero response. I happily paid for my tickets but why is so difficult to get a refund on a game that was rained out. Not a single over was played. I even looked at the comments on facebook and saw that someone hasn’t even received a refund since 2024. I don’t want to be that person. My family and I love attending the SA20 games and have seen many since the start of the games but this type of service is shocking.

All I want is my refund Betway uses Ticketpro for tickets for these games. Betway should looking at the comments on Ticketpro and start helping your customers get their refunds. Please assist your customers. This is not good for your Brand
