Betway SA doesn't care

I made a mistake by depositing money to a wrong betway reference and i was asked to send a proof of payment which i did, but up until today I haven't received any response from Betway and we as customers are not taken seriously, even before I had an issue that I requested for it to be investigated but I was labelled as a **** who just wants to tarnish the reputation of Betway, so I am just feeling cheated and unvalued as a customer.
