Betway refusing to payout

The experience I have had dealing with Betway has been terrible. Some how the details on my account have been altered (maybe I was hacked). Betway is refusing to pay the winnings on the account to me even though I sent all the proof required. The customer call centre has been just as bad with each individual saying different things and always making excuses, with more documents required. I have had no call backs or feedback regarding the issue.

It seems that Betway is just refusing the pay my winnings too me even though I have proof of my deposits in the account which created these winnings.

It seems the only way forward to solve this issue is to go legal as Betway is refusing to help.
