Betway refusing cashout
Absolutely terrible service, I placed a wager which included 7 games where the team wins the first half, I won 5 games, then the 6th game started and at the end of the 1st half I won 6/7 bets, the total win was R60k which meant that the cashout option would have been R30K plus
However it kept on giving me a technical error even after I refreshed and logged out, this is absolutely shocking service and when I asked a consultant about it, they told me that it's a technical issue and there's nothing that can be done
Betway is the worst betting site they didn't even compensate me as I was going to cash out, I even took a screenshot
