Betway refuses withdrawals

So unfortunate that Betway has now become a platform where withdrawals stay pending. It’s my first time experiencing it, usually all my withdrawals happen within a few hours.

I have R10,700 that’s not being approved for withdrawal regardless of me trying EFT or other options.

I have sent emails, calls, tried to chat and no one responds. All my FICA documents are up to date. Unbelievable
