Betway refund me!

Funds were taken out of my bank account and deposited to a betway account that I have not used. Password for the account was reset and the transactions stopped going off. Betway consultants gave me little info on how to report it , told me to get a case number at a police station. Line number they give in their support email rings forever without answer and they need to refund my money.
