Betway poor services

Poor customer services , I made a withdrawal on 9 September but still not received the money yet today it's 12th of September. The worse thing is when you send them a query you have to wait for hours while they say we trying to connect you to the agent, it's been four days now waiting it's so frustrating Betway is one of the worst betting sites when it comes to serving clients
