Betway poor service and system

On the 25th of July I deposited around 200 rand and started playing hot hot fruit game at 1.50 sometimes 3.00 but than around 2am system kicked me out and eventually it continued to play at the now adjusted rate of 30 rand of which I had never put it toautospin neither had I adjusted the stake to 30rand it kept disconnecting until it finished my 560 rand plus than after bout 20minutes when I log in I find that all my winning and my deposit were gone I've been given very poor and unsatisfactory responses about what happened to my money I was even told straight by Last consultant that unfortunately they can't help me cause the system showed the play happened at my end I even asked if he means I'm lying when I tell what the system was doing. I've been trying since the 25th I'm very disappointed at betway and it's service because they were great to me before but this ayi I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
