Betway poor service
Betway south africa does not care about their customers.I have written emails to them since Friday with no response whatnso ever.I have funds on my balance but when I want to play casino games my balance shows 0.I called then numerous times all the advise they give is that they have system error.I could have use my money to other sport batting other than them still today I'm unable to play while I have balance.

18 Sept 2024, 10:58I have do all those things including trying to log into another device.2 you did not had to state my balance in here even if it was R1.Someone from your side just called me and advise they are checking and will get beck to me only after having to come to this platform .
