Betway payment issue

They blocked my withdrawal without informing me, and told me to submit Fica documents meanwhile my account is verified and i had to fill in forms of where i get money to gamble. Moreover when i deposited & lose it wasn't a problem....I got lucky & made a turnover and they refused to pay because i had to send proof deposit after a week ......Now i feel like a begging client!!!!!!
