Betway owes me R2000.
On Friday 16 February I withdrew altogether R9000 from my Betway account. I had no feedback re payouts until Tuesday when I contacted Betway. The explanation was technical errors as usual over weekends. After 5 days R7000 was refunded to my Betway account. I have spoken to numerous call center agents, each has a different story, promising that my remaining R2000 will be paid. Today one actually tried to make me a **** despite obvious evidence. I've spent over R200 on phone calls and no answers. Betway owes me R2000 and I have no recourse to recover my money. I'm ****ed off and feel ******.
